About the Role:

As a Data Operations Specialist at SRHIN Holdings, you will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing data to support our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of data across various systems and platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and support strategic initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and utilization.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards, safeguarding data security and privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required; knowledge of other data management tools is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing data.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and effectively.
